Enjoyed 9/16, release 010 aged in white wine oak barrels for 18 months

The depth provided by the wine barrel-aging is incredibly unique. Rich and tart without compromising balance, this old-school sour is an incredible milestone in barrel-aged sours. Funkier than most. If you can find it, definitely try it!
