Citrus (Grapefruit?) pith and peel, some grated hard cheese and also some cream cheese. Musty apple skins and vinous white grapes. Green stems and some leathery tannins

4.15. Quite good gueuze. Light and easy drinking. Leathery and dried apricot, with enough body. Kinda malty. Young but has a lot potential.

Very happy with this. Could be laid down, but raising a glass to a long day and absent loved ones. Peach, fresh apricot, hint of lemon, touch of Brett. Lovely cleansing dry finish. Draws you right back. Good job it's a big bottle. From Wee Beer Shop.

Slight sulfur on nose, with notes of lye and wet fur, strong hit of acid on the tongue but not too acetic, almost more carbonic in flavor, washed with soda bread and salt cured citrus, very dry and slightly tannic texture, absolutely beautiful

I didn't earn this one as I missed the tour de Geuze but I'm enjoying it nonetheless!
