Послевкусие шикарное , чуть солоноватое со специями и лёгкая кислинка 👍

375ml bottle share - 2022 bottle. Most of the lads found it too acidic and tart. I didn’t find that so much, got some vanilla hints but not a huge amount more. Net net, not one I’d rush back to.

Vintage 2015. Postas de Anchova tostada na pedra (óleo de gergelim e alho) depois desfiadas ao limão galego + placas de polenta também na pedra e com pimenta verde. E o resto é bostas.

Чуть бы носа больше, а вот послевкусие - первосортный тлен

10-ти летний. Аромат "скотного двора" и вина. Вкус не очень то и кислый, преобладал вкус белого вина. Солодовая составляющая была заметна только едва. За годы выдержки была достигнута отличная гармоничность вкуса.

Крышесносно, как и всегда. В аромате сенцо, луговой мёд, виноград, абрикос; фрукто-ягодная братия доминирует. Вкус раскрывает все те же дескрипторы + лактик и фирменная грейпфрутовая горчинка. 19-й год по памяти был более травянистый и кислый.

My first time sampling a lambic and perhaps I need to sample more before I come to a conclusion on lambics as I’m not overly fond of this one. The smooth initial taste gives over to a strong bitter aftertaste that is not really my style
