Nez légèrement aigre, fruité. En bouche l'aigreur est à l'attaque, rejointe par un côté boisé et une mini touche fruitée. Peu d'effervescence, alcool peu ressenti malgré ses 8%, le goût de bois (tonneau) est vraiment prédominant. Dans la lignée des Gueuze

Enjoyable gueuze, balanced and really interesting. Some light vanilla notes with a bit of an acidic and dry finish. You can feel and smell the aging.

Funky oak on the nose. The palate starts with an airplane fuel note. There’s oak and tartness, but they’re not dancing together.
