Hard to believe the BB date is 2035 on this bad boy! Still tasting fresh and clean with crisp apple flavours. Such a joy.

OG batch. Cork released very casually on its own. Really nice carbonation and delicious all around. Wish I had a few more.

Бокал Averdobe пошёл в расход, но сабраж в итоге был совершен! Приятнейший гёз, очень мягкий и выдержанный. 2016 год. Сухой, терпкий, в яблочко и виноградную шкурку. Отлично созрел! Произведен в деревне Лэмбик, давшей имя стилю. Знатная штука!

Очень лайтово, но дорого-богато. Кислинка элитная, нет выпирающего деревенского колорита, сухо, газирование умеренное, трава пожухлая, яблоки интересные. 8 years in bottle. BB 20 years.

Pretty much the best gueuze I’ve ever had. Luckily I have another bottle stashed away in my nuclear-proof vault somewhere in the Finnish Alps. I’d rather drink this than most things.
