Crazy good Gueuze. Indeed, really dry and carbonated. Yeasty nose. Nice barrel feel balanced with a delicate acidity. Aromas of green apples and grapefruits. Long lasting & puckering mouthfeel. Very pleasant and satisfying Lambic blend here.

Batch 1, 4 yrs since last check in. Tons of carb, beautiful balance and funk, slightly sweet. This beer has not lost a step and may be getting better. Sad this is my last bottle

Nice apple aromas with an effervescent body. It has a farmhouse like flavor. Great beer.

J'en avais plusieurs mais là c'est la dernière... Trop bonne surtout avec une fondue aux fromages sur le fly....Le nez de cette bière est malade.

Late check-in du 29 mai. Wow pareil bombe cette geuze! Sour, funky, foin, herbes, cuir, citrons et une finale tres seche. Excellente balance! Du gros stock encore une fois de la SAQ! Completement fou!

Grainy grapefruits, overripe lemons, sour green apples, bone dry with moderate hay-like funk, mellow wood, tart yet easy drinking. Great stuff. BBD 01/04/2036

раритет! напиток 2016 года. давно уже не производится и не найти в Москве. здесь он есть. наверное для БирГиков и истинных ценителей ламбиков и гёзов! вкусный, полнотелый, не дорого для такой редкой вещи! в целом очень хорош, но есть дрожжевой осадок..

Hard to believe the BB date is 2035 on this bad boy! Still tasting fresh and clean with crisp apple flavours. Such a joy.
