Funky. Heavy on the citrus rind. Link spoiled milk, but palatable.

2022 version. Light funky nose. Twangy, grassy notes on tje palate. Light astringent edge wuick finish. Nice, but not deep.

Interesting that the blend had to be altered for kegging purposes. Would have to compare to a bottled version. Still tasty!

Quite sour, no fruit, just fermented sour. I like this style but this isn’t a great one in my opinion. It’s weirdly too tart but also a bit too light?

Strano vederla alla spina. Sentori da stalla mediamente intensi al naso. In bocca l'acidità si fa sentire ma si amalgama piuttosto bene a la bevuta non è troppo impegnativa
