BB 01/04/2036. My conclusion is that it 7 years old. Dry apple taste a bit tart still high carbonation. A bit funky.

2016. Huge pop and slight explosion out of bottle 💥. Still bright and crisp with lots of ripe apple and fresh hay. Super dry (champagne’y). Still lots of aging potential!

Holy fucking carbonated. Nearly beheaded us as we undid the basket - didn’t even need to twist the cork. Chunky floaters, but a lovely rich sour body with apricot and light stonefruit.

Very effervescent, very fruity. Green apples and crab apples are very present. Finishes with grapefruit pith. Enjoyed this one.

Nie pozostaje mi nic innego jak podtrzymać ocenę. Równo miesiąc od otwarcia butelki i w zasadzie nic się nie zmieniło. Znakomity lambic!

To pod tę Równonoc! No i spleśniał :-( Na szczęście udało się nalać bez pleśni. Mam wrażenie że jest bardziej gorzkawy i skórzasty.

This beer was phenomenal. Definitely the best Geuze I've had to date. So dry and very moorish.

Nalewanie bez pleśni staje się powoli wyzwaniem. W porównaniu ze wczorajszymi w połowie stawki. Jest to nadal entry level. Wysoka kwasowość, ale mało agresywne nuty lambik.
