Acid and wine notes, with the standard Gueze funkiness. This one is delicious and definitely a step up from 91/92.

2015/2016. Apple light sourness, Hay, stone fruits sweetness, Grapes, Woody, and it is clear that Funky is much more present than in VAT 92. Loving it 😍

Хорошо и интересно. Разные вкусы при открытии (яблочная лёгкая кислинка, сено, ощущение шампанского) и после (появляется приятная фруктовая, косточковая сладость, мягкость), всё приятно и вкусно пробовать. Отдельное удовольствие - бутылка и открывать её.

Just slightly sour. More alcohol noticeable than other lambic’s. Very nice tho
