8/4/9/5/4.2 Cutting blue cheese, sweat socks, and dirty hay with a corrosive essence. Pungeant and memorable. Mouthfeel very similar with focus on cheese and yeast. Stale cheese opens up on the back of the throat. A fantastic example of the style.

A nice funky lambic, lightly fruity notes but still wonderfully full bodied and flavorful. Flavors of grass and musty barn hay on the finish. Awesome!!!!

Un nez qui rappelle une pièce oubliée d'une vieille maison, poussière et humidité. Beau funk, texture enveloppante pour ce lambic. Impression de "sucre" mais c'est juste moelleux en milieu de bouche et l'acidité finale nettoie la bouche. Bien vieillie!

Mocno dzikie, grejpfrutowe, pszeniczne, waniliowe, ciut piwnicy, lekko miodowe, tez slodkie, chociaz bardziej to w dzikosc idzie, 4,1, s: nagazowane, slodkie, z kwasno-wytrawnym finiszem, jablkiem, niestety bez wanilii, grejpfrutowe, wodniste, 4,0 over.

Ja. Mooi. Proeft echt dat ie gerijpt heeft (houtig ofzo), maar tegelijkertijd heel fris, prikkelend, zuur (beetje groene appel). Heel nice

Pyszne, owocowe w punkt kwaśne (agrest, porzeczka, niedojrzałe papierówki) do tego ziemiste i dzikie nuty. Przy tym zaskakująco pijalne.

This is one of the most unique tasting beers I have ever had. It has a striking aroma, almost smoky. It is very dry and sour. It has a deep penetrating taste. Very very woody. Brewed 15 February, 2015. Bottled 20 December, 2016. Best by 20 December, 2036.

What Boon calls volatile acidity, has a little bite to it. Not sure I get the wine-like characteristics.
