8/4/9/5/4.2 Cutting blue cheese, sweat socks, and dirty hay with a corrosive essence. Pungeant and memorable. Mouthfeel very similar with focus on cheese and yeast. Stale cheese opens up on the back of the throat. A fantastic example of the style.

Un nez qui rappelle une pièce oubliée d'une vieille maison, poussière et humidité. Beau funk, texture enveloppante pour ce lambic. Impression de "sucre" mais c'est juste moelleux en milieu de bouche et l'acidité finale nettoie la bouche. Bien vieillie!
