Champagne flavoring with notes of ground sesame seeds. Savory and a little dry. Drink this with a Chinese chicken salad.

The most expensive beer I have ever bought. I would compare it to jumping into the ocean, it takes a little time, but once you’re in, it’s really good. The last gulp was the best and It paired really well with Gouda.

Цвет свежего абрикоса, нехарактерный. Сладковатый, фруктовый. Двор со скотиной есть, терпкость на нуле почти, кислотность по нижней границе. Поэйджить мб.

The last one was definitely oxidized, this one is so much cleaner. The other had a lot of flavors going on, but this one is clean crisp and floral. A bit on sharpness on the back of the tongue, a bit of drying tannic zippiness. Like biting into an orange.

Average quality, a little sharp for Boon, red fruit. Some drying mineral. Not as overtly red winey as eg the OB Vandervelden bottles.

Brewed 11/16/14, bottled 12/16/16. Very mild funk in the nose, with just a hint of wood. Mild earthy flavor. Not too acidic and not fruity at all. Very mild sour. May be a little past prime.
