Unprepared for how smooth this is. The subtlest of dry tang with apple, pear, oak and hay knocking the door and politely announcing themselves

6 year in bottle. Apricot, grapefruit, oak and vanilla. Vibrant taste, sour and dry with spicy and oaky aftertaste. Lacks some depth, otherwise really nice and still high carbonation.

W zapachu delikatne bardzo eleganckie, głównie owoce, stajni mało, wino białe. W smaku wyrafinowane, alkohol absolutnie nie wyczuwalny (8% ??) W smaku agrest, znowu białe wino. Bardzo zbalansowane można pić litrami.

В отличие от 92, этот понравился больше. Вкус многограннее. В этом варианте (91) использовалась бочка из Нормандии, в которой ранее созревал кальвадос. Вкус в данном стиле, как всегда "скотного двора", бочковый, древесный, фруктовый, дрожжевой. Освежающе
