3.95. Refreshing acidity. Light apple fruitiness. The aroma is not so open but good to taste. Balanced.

Still an underrated beer I think. With a couple of years on it, it's less sour and more funky and mineraly. The acidity is still perceptible, but well placed. Carb is great.

Sur le coup l’acidité m’a rentré dedans, mais je dois dire que ça se place avec le temps. C’est étonnament bien balancé pour une geuze aussi “up to 11”!

Apple flavour? There's something different about that gueuze but I still think it's a very interesting beer. Tart, sweet, woody, everything you would expect but with a little something else.

Aroma of sour R.Whites Lemonade mixed with a stable. The flavour is a lot softer, very balanced. Zingy lemon with a very dry end. It's sharp but not overly sour.

Really enjoyable, and a banger of a price for the quality. Plenty of soft funk and orchard fruits. Nice restrained acidity as well.

Gueuze, pomme verte et un peu de citron, légèrement boisée, bon petit funk des levures sauvages, acidité bien dosée, effervescente, fond de céréales, bien équilibrée.

Gooseberry, green apple, slightly tannic, quite mineraly. Well balanced acidity. Nice!

Kicking off Euro 2020 with a sour. (Reflecting my mood for Ireland not being there)
