From the deep, dark cellar recesses of Firkin Manor. Beautiful, clear copper gold color. Mild apple aroma. Apple, oak, and tart flavors with a dry sherry-like finish.

Kolsyran har stuckit lite men frukten sitter där. Väl mycket syra för min smak, men det funkar i värmen.

10 jaar na datum gedronken. Weezoete perzik en abrikoos met zoetzure wrangbittere druivenpitten. Achteraf komt een boertje van appelsap. Beetje over zijn top denk ik. Valt snel weg.

In de mond en tijdens het afslikken vind ik hem zeer aangenaam, de afdronk blijft er een onaangenaam prikkeltje hangen. Ik had een veel ronder, complexer/completer bier verwacht...

Mellowed out and less acidic. Although the kids at the college told me I should have gotten the Strawberry Boom Farm version instead 😂
