Il corpo è un po' esile ma il gusto è ancora bello fresco e dissetante. Legno, cantina, polvere, limone... Tutto quello che ci vuole!

Riktigt god, ganska mild geuze som känns att den lagrats på flaska ett tag. Rätt så komplex med en fin smak av aprikos, äpple, lite apelsin.

Уже к закату жизненного цикла, но до чего удачно завинтажился Вылезают чуть лишние фенольчики (лайт автолиз?). Тяжелый прибивающий фанк. Узнаваемая буновость. Поразительно сохранившийся хмель, сплавившийся за 10 лет с кислотностью в одно целое 🫠

Mellowed out and less acidic. Although the kids at the college told me I should have gotten the Strawberry Boom Farm version instead 😂
