Dużo dzikich nut, oprócz tego suszone morele, agrest, pieprz i drewno. Wytrawne, nie tak kwaśne, jak można by się spodziewać. W porównaniu do blendów jest wyraźnie jednowymiarowe, ale i tak bardzo dobre.

Lovely! Smooth. Sour apples, herbal, almost lile cider. Dry. Sulfuric aftertaste.

Wow- this was incredible for Boon. Such layered and deep complexity. I thought it was going to be light, tart and airy...was woody, oak laden and only a small tiny bit of tart lemon on the top of your tongue. Beautiful beer...

Beau lambic avec des notes de pommes. C'est acidulé, minéral et la texture est quand même grasse et généreuse. Très bon déjà et évoluera bien je crois!

Beautiful pour, deep colour, huge head. Classic boon smell - brett heavy, old and dusty. Palate beautifully balanced between citrus and funky brett. Nice high carb, super dry. Absolutely excellent. I need to buy some more!

(backlogging) Crisp green apple, slightly acidic. Some funk, some oak. Complex, elegant, delicious.
