So smooth! Delicate and long acidity, blending perfectly with the wood, finish with some lactic notes and even a hint of iodine

En symfoni av et surøl. Lukter godt av syrlig kulturmelk med et snev av blodtrimmet tempo corvette som kjørte forbi for 2 min siden. Fin kompleks balansert lang smak. Sitronskall, sure norske epler, smågrønn appelsin, pasjonsfrukt .

Didn’t check this in the first time. I’ve had it mentally marked as one of the best lambics I’ve ever had. Full, very dry apple and grapefruit body. Super dry finish with a bit of funk. This beer is amazing.

Quite good, funk and sour aromas, full flavored, lively tartness, fruity, full finish fades to dry.

Bone dry, medium tart, and complex with funky and earthy aromas over a solid stone fruit base. Peach, lemon, gooseberry, hay, stableyard, oak, maple syrup, nuts, and some vanilla can be found. Medium carbonation. A marvellous gueuze!
