Lambic beer de Brouwerij Boom. 2 años (2016-18) en barrica y desde 2018 embotellada. De color tostado, turbia y con posos propios de este estilo. Aroma a barrica, licor y fruta. En boca, cuerpo medio, carbonatación media. Sabor frutal, licor, madera. 8%

Not dissimilar to the A&G Vintage I just necked. This is sweeter and maybe more tart. Either way it’s class.

Funk, farmhouse notes, green grapes, solid oak notes, earthy, complex. Minerals, some elderberries and apples. Very dry. And very very good.

Poussièreux, minéral. Longue finale. Bonne texture avec une légère touche acidité. Dans mes préférées des Boon Mono Blend à date 👌

Geuze med fornemmelse af alder. Sødme kommer frem og er meget blid. God starter Geuze.
