Funky with oak, grains, apples, citrus, notes of white grapes and stone fruits. Medium sour with a hint of sweetness and a fairly dry conclusion. Very good, though I seemed to like the original 108 a bit better even.

Very smooth and elegant, beer. Some woody notes, fruity and not so sour, well balanced.

Pyszny, wytrawny, lekko waniliowy lambik. W aromacie mocno zaakcentowana dzikość, w smaku dość grzeczny, zbalansowany. Dobrze to wyszło.

Wow- this was incredible for Boon. Such layered and deep complexity. I thought it was going to be light, tart and airy...was woody, oak laden and only a small tiny bit of tart lemon on the top of your tongue. Beautiful beer...
