One of my OG favourites. Funky farmhouse aroma, floral and herbaceous with a chardonnay vibe. Taste is thick, bitter and sour. Lingering notes of pear, wintergreen and white wine tartness. A true sour, not a smoothie imposter like it's contemporary peers.

Confit sweet potatoes with crunchy chickpeas and tahini à la “The Beer Lover’s Table.” Flavor explosion meets barnyard funk. Sublime.

Clear amber. Stable head. Nose is Bramley apple, cellar musk and Brie rind. Toasted apple and lingering oak on the tongue and finish. A vintage to behold.
