Nachtrag vom 18.12. Ziemlich fruchtig, ziemlich frisch, ziemlich fesche Karbo, sehr wenig Säure, noch weniger Holzigkeit. Die Apfelschorle unter den Geueze. Leicht nötig/cidre-artig.

Fris zuur, funky, groene appeltjes, droog, fruitig, weinig bitter, licht wrang. Lekker genieten.

Een dik halfjaar geleden nog ooit gedronken. Nu echt nóg beter dan toen. De zware zuren zijn weg en dat is erg prettig 😋 Danku Jonas ☘

J'avais un peu d'attentes compte tenu de l'âge, mais c'est assez basic au final. Cuir, pomme, finale sèche. Saveurs un peu éphémères. Fait la job mais il se fait beaucoup mieux en termes de gueuze.
