12/12。以前に飲んだ2014-2015よりも酸味を強く感じる。酢酸系の酸味ではなく、若いグレープフルーツをかじっているようなタルティな酸味。美味い。

2023.06.14. Well stored. Full and rich aromas of lemon, orange peel, lemon verbena, wild flowers, herbs, and leather. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. The acidity and sweetness of green apple, muscats, and lemon juice in the flavors. Drink cold and relax.
