Batch 82707, 24/08/2037. Fairly typical Boon character of mineral and gravel, with the richer MP profile. Fairly dry, fairly low acid, a little bitter. Way too young, and not a batch for drinking early. Have three more, probably open next in three years.

Litt mer markant tørt preg på denne. Fortsatt et ganske fruktig preg, men ikke like mye som 17. Veldig lett! Litt sånn kjent kattesandaktig preg!

Superfunky. Stallatico. In boccia si sentono agrumi, buccia di arancia. Lieve astringenza. Buona carbonazione.

Interesting to try but a bit past it’s prime. Nose wonderfully funky, oak/woody character, nectarine, mild spice. Woody on the palate with great tartness, apricot. A bit tannic. Finishes short.

This seems to be an excellent representation of this beer. Maybe just not for me today. Might pick up another one.
