Smelled like it would be way too yeasty but it was like a over ripe apple juice. Pretty neat.

Wild yeasty, wood, funkiness is in the undertones, this is dominated by a apple, pear, bright juicy lightness. A nice treat.

Outstanding wild aroma. Rustic, leathery, dry. Bretta all through. Horse, sweat, barn, hay. Raw cereal. Slightly fruity. Minor citrus. Apple, pear. Floral. Woody. This is so elegant and classy. Easy. Not aggressive. Low-medium bodied, silky, soft. Lovely.

Huge explosion, beer everywhere. Pours clear with floaties. Very soft, plenty of boon cheese now at 4 years. Extremely drinkable.

Aroma ácido láctico, cuero, Brettanomyces. Ligeros cítricos. Apariencia: Dorado velado. Con espuma blanca no persistente. Sabor: ácido láctico, bastante punzante. Brettanomyces, cuero. Ligero cítrico. Cuerpo ligero y CO2 muy alto. Final muy seco.

Gentle, bright geuze. Light notes of grass and lemon along with the barrel. Very nice. 3.8/5.
