I've been saving this for ages and it was lovely but part of me wishes I'd just drank it when I got it. So much complexity.

Wow. Damn delicious. Perfectly cellared. Soft, creamy mouthfeel. Fantastic carb. A tiny tiny hint of oxidation but it works to give it that classic old mineral funky Geuze. Leaves your mouth watering for more.

Not as sour as some lambics. Smells a little like funky cheese, carbonation dances on your tongue like champagne. Slight acidic flavor.

It’s that good. Opened the bottle ~25 days ago(!) and it was that good. Just rediscovered it corked up in the fridge, and it’s STILL that good. Are newer bottles this delish? Please tell me if so! It’s my first, and hopefully not my last! Cheers GBE!

This is delicious. The gamble on a non-cellared lambic paid off! Geuze is such a unique flavor. Delectable.

Great complexity. A little lemon hay, some green apple, as well as a bit of minerality ... Balanced by a touch of malt sweetness.

Aged well. Very Belgian-y. Crisp pear, effervescent, followed by champagne dryness. Fairly complex.
