Deze is houtachtig. Zelfs een overmaat aan orogano proef ik. Beetje vreemde smaak dus. Beeeeeetje zuur. Niet verkeerd. Maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar…😔

Bij de eerste slok licht bitter, gevolgd door een zurige smaak die overgaat op een weer bittere afdronk. Een lekker monotoon koolzuurgehalte. Fantastisch om nog gedronken te mogen hebben.

#700 Droog. Afdronk is iets te kort. Mooi nogsteeds maar niet zo goed als vat 108bis… Minder funk en diepgang

Süsihappegaasi kontsentratioon on vähene ja mekk seetõttu lame. Maitses kuivatatud aprikoos, tamm, vanilje, natuke tikreid ja väävlit kah. Üllatavalt magus.

Delivers on the promised flavours: peach schnapps, vanilla, peaty caramel, pineapple, wet wood. It overbears any of the funk and usual Geuze flavours unfortunately rather than complementing them. Flat mouthfeel too albeit not offensive here. 3.4.

Hmmm lemon juice and tropical fruit, mostly stone fruit and apricots. Taste follows, if a tad thin in the middle. Bitter lemon peel.

Smaakt wranger dan de Boon die ik gewoon ben, pak bitterder waardoor het niet makkelijk is om de subtiele smaken terug te vinden. Eik proef je wel in nasmaak, maar de vanille- en perziktoetsen waar ik hoopte, vind ik helaas niet.

Smooth entré, roughish finish. And this is no longer a young lambic so it should have a rough finish. No, doesn't quite cut it.
