À l'aveugle avec 4 autres gueuzes. Ronde'ish, on reconnaît bien la signature et le funk de Boon. Mix de sésame, de thé, d'herbes et de bouillon "asiatique". À côté des autres, le sucre ressort tellement.

Soft, delicate, but tasty and totally drinkable. The body lost weight but the complexity somehow increased. A bit sulfureous on the nose, at first it is sweet but it ends rather dry and tart. This Friday starts good!
