Mike S. summarize this brew very well. I'd like to add a good horse blanket aroma & a surprising green apple taste. Vermouth barrel perhaps did an unholy magic on this gueze making it extremely pleasant as well as an aperitif still getting its proper soul

Lagrad 4 år. Sjukt god öl. Mycket citrusfrukter, framför allt grapeskal. Även torkade örter. Mycket halm.

So geuzeeeee! Loving this beer! Ownwrpopped it own and it’s got a nice mild barnyard funk, slight oaky flavor.

Good minerally Boon with higher than usual acid but still under control. Less vermouthy than when younger but it’s still there.
