Mikkeller collab. Blend of 1-, 2-, and 3-year lambic aged in white vermouth foeders. It has all the characteristic Belgian geuze notes, along with some bright lemon zest. Refreshing and funky. Bottled 11/2017.

Super carbonated. Lots of sediment in large (up to 5x5mm) chunks. Sour with strong vermouth notes. Interesting beer but I'd rather just drink vermouth neat - I don't think the beer improves on that.

Oude and tart, white wine with the funky horse blanket taste, fruity and dry. Drink cold for a refreshing pear flavored treat.

This is a really pleasant beer. It has a white wine vibe. Like a really cool fusion of champagne and beer.

Damn I really like this. Has a botanical finish to it which I really enjoy.

Boon og Mikkeller i skøn forening. Mere glat og velpoleret end en klassisk Boon Geuze, føler måske den mangler noget patina. Men stadig bedre end det meste pagne.

Velsmagende men lidt ufarlig gueze. Kunne godt klare lidt mere power på tartness og barnyard 🥴

Been in the beer fridge for a few years, so thought I'd dust it off.

Strangely delicious... especially with bread and cheese

Sour, tart, white wine, funky, bitter. Enjoyed it, but probably wouldn’t drink again.
