Nicely balanced. Mineral. Thin body. Not too sour or sweet. Fruity with nice notes of apples and citrus on top of cherry burst.

Cherry, raspberry, almond, cinnamon, hay, funk, jam and oak with a dry jammy finish. Good depth of fruit with a medium body. Great balance between the fruit, slight funk and light sweetness. Very drinkable lambic that went down way too easily

Really nice. A lot more bitterness and a tart mouthfeel. Nice sour cherry flavor and a puckering feeling.

Le goût de cerise est assez discret comme j'avais noté lors de ma première dégustation. Assez effervescente et donc sèche. Pas la meilleure kriek mais ça se boit bien

La esperaba más para el lado dulce, aunque no. Buena acidez y no mucha fruta en sabor pero si en aroma. Equilibrada pero sin ser una locura de profundidades y matices. Acidez, bacteria y fruta. En ese orden. Disfrutable

Recovery beer Day 5 - light dry oak, cherry and a slightly tart finish. Maybe past it’s best. And gotta love a left over porter soaked slow cook 🥰

Opvallend minder dan de 2018. Vooral bijzonder bitter. Alsof je kersenschillen drinkt.
