Slightly tart, funky and sourish with some cardboardy notes, yeastiness, cheese and hints of floral notes. Smooth but not super complex

Sour and a bit tart, smooth, low acidity. Funky, woody, rustic, stone fruit and vanilla. Some signs of oxidation but still very tasty.
