Negli innumerevoli foeder della cantina del signor Boon, a Lembeek (nomen omen? Forse, lunga storia...), "riposano" circa 3 milioni di litri di lambic. Il tino 51 ci regala questo bicchiere: piatto, acido, ammuffito, puzzolente. Quindi perfetto così. 🇧🇪

Pas de note, en draft c'est servi trop frais, on ne sent que l'acide acétique.

Очень ароматный — яблоки, скошенная трава, деревенский флёр. И при этом — никакой карбонизации, водянистый, недостаточно сухой. Облом.
