Happy birthday Florian! Light funky aroma. Very smooth and nice smooth tart (white grapes like), hay / grassy, wood, dry finish. Great beer

Blind tasting de 10 gueuze entre 7-11 ans d’âge. No table talk!!! Nez frais. À plusieurs reprises j’ai pensé que c’était une Lindemans Special Blend ahah. C’est vraiment difficile en blind avec le facteur âge des bières.

Sweet and mellow. 10 years later and the body is smooth even though it still retains a bit of crispiness from the carbonation. Old and leathery notes, farmyardy and full of flavor.
