January 18, 2015 Tap@Fermentoren, CPH - pours a reddish colour with pink head. Aroma and taste is prominent raspberry fruity, raspberry jam like, some other red berry fruits and tartness on the palate, not my style but pleasing and enjoyable nonetheless.

LCI. This was ok, with higher than expected tart flavors of cranberry and raspberry for the time already on it. Beyond that, very little depth and a very light body, along with minimal carbonation, roughed up the overall mouthfeel. 3.5

Thus was way sweeter than I expected. Especially for the age. Huge raspberry flavor that po pop a w the residual sweetness of finish. Not getting much tart/sour out if this at all. Seems like berry purée in a light beer base. Not bad just flat flavor.

Jammy juice, maybe the least tart lambic I've ever had. Touch of tannin on the end

It's basically justan adult Capri Sun at this point in time.

Aged it a bit too long maybe. Lost lots of carbonation. It has a hint of liquorice about it.

After ageing in my kitchen cupboard it has really mellowed, only slightly tart and raspberry has changed to a cassis flavour. Very pleasant.

Tart raspberry but the body has fallen off slightly as it aged.

Raspberry jam in a glass. A touch past it's prime but still a beautiful thing.

Idk, I think it’s a little bit too aged. Very malty sweet aroma, darker cooler, taste is on the tart side. A little malty.
