C'est beau, c'est bon, fine bulle très pétillante qui se mêle harmonieusement à l'acidité, c'est vraiment un délice pour moi qui découvre petit à petit le style 😉

Drink it in a wineglass, instead of a standard flute. Sour, dry, but quite pleasant.

Hugely underrated. Red apples, zest, leather, minerals. Good amount of bitterness. Slight sweetness.
