Cognac fanges i aroma. Måske efter at have læst det. Noget frugt og funk. Smagen er meget kompleks. Både afstemt syre og funk. Igen cognac faktisk. Lidt nød på en weird måde? Træ? Ikke så syrlig igen. Ved ikk helt hvordan jeg skal beskrive smagen.

Nose of overripe apples, dried apricot skin and matured cheese in a cellar. Dry and astringent taste, subtly sour apples and apricots, hint of vanilla and walnuts, and copious amounts of bitter grapefruits. Partly oaky and partly yeasty spiciness.
