Lambic - Gueuze

Voor Oude Geuze Villa Servais selecteerde de familie Boon samen met Maud en Geert de lambieken voor deze assemblage. Er werd gekozen voor een basis jonge lambiek waaraan 3 jaar oude lambiek werd toegevoegd, die gerijpt heeft op kleinere eiken vaten. De oude lambieken uit deze vaten onderbouwen het eik-karakter in de smaak.
