Mooie kleur en goed schuim. Redelijk aroma. Smaak iets minder gebalanceerd dan in vorige vaten: Bitter overheerst een beetje te veel op de zuren. Lange afdronk.

LIMITED EDITION - weer wit wijn vat. Minder scherp als de vat 16, maar toch ook niet mijn ding… waarom willen ze dat toch altijd met wijn mengen.. snap het niet.

Nice and sour. Quite acidic. Some wood from the barrel. Not too dry. Quite carbonated.
