This was my favorite one. Quite mellow and not overly acidic.

This is one of the better of the new batch. Nice acidity, good level of boon funk. Very drinkable.

Första av fyra Boon gueuze som ska testas. Den här var god men lite lätt bitter i finishen. Föredrar lite mer fräschör för högre betyg.

Yum. Perfection for me. Fantastic mineral nose. Funk and lemon. Moderate acidity and gentle bitter pith edge, medium dry finish. Little must.
