Gorgeous mild Geuze with oaky and vanilla backbone and an avalanche of fruit flavors and subtle savoriness. Paired with the stinkiest Époisse de Bourgogne I could find. Match made in spontaneous fermentation heaven.

LIMITED EDITION - zacht op barrel aged. Geen bijsmaak buiten de vanille en het zachte karakter van de eik. Maar ben blij. Dit is goed.
