Olor y sabor ácido, Barrica, Afrutado , funky , cítrico. Cuerpo ligero, sin amargor y seca. Alcohol muy bien integrado, no se nota nada.

Nose: Fruity and slightly sour tangerine notes and funky notes of brettanomyces. Taste: Tart notes of wood, slight fruity notes of lemon, slight notes of Brett, decent bitterness, slightly boozy, tart finish with a twist of peaches..

Fruity, sour. A lot of citrus. Less funky and dry than the others. More fruity and smooth. Really nice!

Clear light copper color. Elderflower, hay, grapefruit zest like aroma with apricot, flower like flavor. Medium tartness, mild sweetness and bitterness. Strong carbonation, medium body.

Vrij strak en met een hoge zuurgraad. Enorme fruitigheid. Romig mondgevoel, straffe tannines in de afdronk. Lekker hoor. #zurezondag

This last VAT box is made by much more similar OG, always growing from a bottle to another. This one is again more balanced than the previous 2, really nice to have with a strong mark from the 8%abv. Let's see with the last bottle! 4.3
