Gebroken wit ruim fijn gelijkmatig schuim, blijvend, niet wandklevend. Goudgeel helder ruim rijke fijne pareling. Aroma licht zurig, proper stalletje, grassig. Mondgevoel medium, zuur-droog, prikkelend. Afdronk bevestigend, blijft even hangen.

Hapukas, puuviljane, nisune, tsitruseline, puidune, õrnalt keldrine. Lõpp on natuke happeline, alkone, puuviljane. Hea.

Nie jest wcale tak do konca wytrawne, duuuuzo co2, sporo dzikosci, skorzanej glownie, wysoka, winogronowa kwasnosc, leciutka cierpkosc, w aromacie jeszcze agrestu sporo. Smaczy mocno.

Aromat wyraźnie kwaskowy, stajenny, cytrusowy, alkoholowy. Barwa pomarańczowa, zamglona. Piana ok. Smak kwaskowy, nieco słodowy, cytrusowy, beczkowy, zbalansowany. Nieco alko. Dobre piwo.
