Ok, this is pretty tasty. Clean and light. Fresh blueberry flavor and sweeter blueberry pie flavor. Lightly sour note. Not syrupy at all. Fruity and pretty refreshing. First hard seltzer I thought was worthwhile, but probably not really that low calorie.

Slightly tart. Very fruity. Cherries, orange, maybe a berry note, too. Subtle whiskey flavor. Tastes fine, but too clean and un-complex. It's a disappointing whiskey sour alternative, unfortunately, although maybe hard to complain at a refreshing 7% ABV.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 12.4% W
On left. Bottled 2/16/2016, 12.4%, aged at home 5 years. Aroma: brewed coffee, notes of chocolate and bourbon. Flavor: tons of oak, still some alcohol flavor after aging, coffee, very dark chocolate, bourbon heat, but not as sharp as 5 years ago.

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017) W
2017. Vanilla, dark fruit, warming. I don't really get chocolate here, as some do.

Game of Thrones - Iron Anniversary IPA W
Bright, citrusy aroma with lemon and grapefruit. Wait, this GoT beer is DH with Styrian Dragon?! Mixed citrus juice flavor, sweet orange on to of the aforementioned. Fizzy, refreshing.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 12.4% W
2016, now fully 5 years old (bottled 2/16/2016). Smooth, woody, and chocolaty. Roasted coffee. The heat builds, both the chile and the warming in the throat. Bourbon finally at the end. (Is that redundant?)

Aged a long time. Not sure what year. 2016, maybe? Deep, rich beer, almost tasting like bourbon and cognac. Raisin and almost earthy notes, chocolate.

Smells like fudge with fruity bourbon. Smooth, lots of maple and coffee prominent, then chocolatey.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) W
Perfect balance today from the 2017. Oaky, sweet with maple, chocolate, bourbon, mildly spicy note.

Very citrusy with grapefruit and lime. Grapefruit aroma hit immediately when I brought the glass up towards my face. Tart but with some sweetness, like a sweet, fresh lime. Bit of a dry funk, too.

Bottled 10/10/2016. Hoppy, bitter, roasty. Coffee flavors. Lightly creamy. Fairly balanced overall.

Creamy, sweet. Tastes like milk sugar, caramel, and coffee. Lactose mouthfeel.

Boozy and bitter. I wish I'd paid more attention to what this was before I poured it, you know, to be prepared. Coffee and burnt sugar, especially at the end. Ends with a raw alcohol note along with the sugar. Nice mouthfeel. Rich.

A more proper sized pour for this ABV. As it warms, the sugar is more prominent and the ethanol fades. Remains strong-tasting. Relatively smooth overall, despite some of the flavor... no burn.

Served with nachos. Hints of lime. Bitter with coffee notes, cacao, and maybe black bean. Spiced.

Lots of white grape juice and sweet champagne flavor. Nicely sour, too. Yeasty aroma. I notice the acidity after the finish. Nicely carbonated, fizzy.

Herbal, slightly bitter, slightly spiced-tasting IPA. I can't really find vanilla, specifically, until late in the finish.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2018) W
2017/18 on right (2016/17 on left). 2017 is drier, oakier compared to the 2018's fruitier notes. Both with the characteristic vinegar. Consistent enough I prob. wouldn't note a difference if having either one alone. Fruit comes across as grapefruit.
