Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) Doboz
Told this was the 2017. Didn't have that big noble flavour of this fresh but more of that smooth Cantillon gueuze taste (although I think this is unblended so I'm obviously talking shite). Cracker either way but think I prefer it fresh.

Pressed some handpicked apples to make cider full way through for first time. Thought that seemed like an excuse to crack a Cantillon. First time I've had Iris, but got a 2018 bottle stashed away to see how it ages but this is amazing this fresh.

It's been 5 years since I had this, what a shame. That little bit of dry hopping add an amazing fresh floral flavour.

Start a weeks holiday with bottle of Cantillon. This is pretty banging, don't think I've ever had anything under 3 months old from Cantillon before. Fruit is spot on.

Spent a fuck load on this then shat myself when I saw it was made at De Proef after a few bad and a load of average beers from them. This is superb though.
