This was wild. Unique and funky, probably My favorite beer of the weekend. Snagged the last extra ticket and was happy to revisit.

LCI. Can’t really give this a favorable rating as I’m unsure of the provenance. A bit dank-musty oxidized and vinegary. Hopefully the one we plan on opening next year is better.

The pear / plum note on the new Cantillon grape lambics is intriguing. Plum skins. Pear skins. Melon. Honey. Peach. Soft, smooth. Plums. Green grape. Yum. A little fatty.
