3.875. MUST let it warm. Harsh palette. Burnt brown sugar figs leather + hint tobacco. Medium bitter light spicy light earthy coffee finish - nice complexity. Barrel adds strength / light burn but no sweet. Smooth clean + thinner.

Lo mejor la barrica, el resto cafetera y un punto dulce con mezcla láctico (acido) que no me gusta. Quizás el café le da también cierta acidez excesiva que hace disfrutarla menos. Bajo gas, sin retención. No esta mala, pero no la repetiría

More traditional BA stout. coffee comes in a bit strong followed by stronger boozy flavors. Hits u upfront but needs something to cut the booziness and mellow it out. 3.8-3.9.

Beer Nonsense

LCI (tasting notes faded ) Hoped for more depth... And somenmore mouthfeel. Pretty bourbon forward, somewhat earthy or greeny vibe from the coffee. Sweet figs but muted. Not bad but doesnt live uo to excpectations.

Impresionante es poco. Café de Costa Rica procesado con el sistema "yellow honey" que le da mucho aroma y sabor afrutado (mango y lichis) y después la cerveza envejecida 21 meses en barricas de bourbon. Cremosa, aromática con sabor simplemente perfecto 🤤
