The usual cheesy funk takes a backseat here for a slightly subdued sourness followed by oakey white wine and a light spiciness. Wonderfully complex.

昔のヴィオニエバージョンの樽生。タンブラーは柔らかくお上品な現代的なフルーツランビック。チューリップは渋味などの葡萄感強めで少し酸も強く感じる。チューリップの方が好みだな。まあ、何れにせよ美味いな。

Really stunning hazy orange look, with a decent white head. Aroma of classic wild fermentation, like a gueuze with only a hint of sweet fruits. Flavor is sour towards tart and very refreshing, wouldnt hurt with even more muscat grapes imo. New year 2007

Quite tasty vinous lambic with fruity notes and an amazing mouthfeel, tart and a touch funky. Finishes dry.
