Smooth and funky with floral notes and hints of spices. Quite soft sourness.

Decade from bottling. Pretty smooth and much more mellow than fresh one for sure. Expected something little more complex tho.

Panicking like fuck when I found an inky blackness oozing under the cap. Thankfully it was fine at the other end of the cork. Uber dry floral elderflower funk. It's aged gracefully, tasting fine

Cloudy orange with white head. Very nice floral notes, elderflowers, citrus, quite dry, medium sourness. Quite complex.

A great ender to today's fun with Cantillon. More reserved earthiness with more time on this vintage, floral/rose petals (also more subtle), slight tartness and funk developing in the body. More great pepper and pine resin flavors as well. 4.35
