2008 sticker. So nice. Soft and lemony, maybe a bit orange. Very low acid, given its age. Held up quite remarkably.

Perfection. Even better than the bottle we had a few weeks ago actually, creamier and fatter, with vanilla and candied lemon zest, a beauty. So different from regular gueuze after aging, it's a while different beast and I love both. Merci Jean.

This vintage is an outright transformative experience. Softened by time, mild perceived acidity perfectly compliments hard cheese rind and faintly buttery rustic farmhouse notes moving to a lingering and satisfying bitterness that prefaces the next sip.

Let’s make this a Zwanze weekend! 2013 bottle date. Last time I had this bottling was my wedding day and it’s maybe even better than I remember. Dusty, deep, and delicious.

Oh man this is really good. Took a good 30 min to open up. Sooooo funky. Black moldy cork and cap. Guess that's normal for side storage?

Smells sweet and funky, very vibrant with medium carbonation. High funk and a beautiful dryness. Lots of life left in this one, at a great spot right now with so much complexity

The curse is broken! Delicious, tartness just on point, toasted sesame, lemon juice, toasted oak, some minerality. Still has many years ahead
