A gem of a beverage. Light and loaded with dried fruit, slight funk, loads of yeast esters. This is a limbic folks.

Super clean and bright, my first non carbonated lambic and its dangerously crushable. Nice little bite of dried orange peel on the finish, not overly acidic, developing notes of nutty wood and dried apricots further in.

Janvier 2019. Je sais pas qu'est-ce que c'est que ce batch mais j'étais pas prêt. Notes vineuse puissantes, once d'astringence, vanille/pomme, boisé puissant. Léger funk persistant, un poil de sulfur en final, très épicé. Plat. Longueur modérée. Intense.

always waiting for a special occasion to open cantillon; today certainly qualifies. fun that this was from right before everything went bad. this is a beauty, lightly funky and fruity, super dry and a little flat at the end.

C’est clean, marqué par la pomme et la minéralité malgré une acidité très modérée. Belle longueur sur les céréales. Âpreté qui donne du relief. Ambiance vieille cave, bois humide. Notes surprenantes type Ice Tea en fin de bouteille. Ça se boit tout seul.
